Where is my tracking number?

You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Because we operate with dropshipping, this usually happens within 3–7 business days after your order is placed.

How long does shipping take?

Our current shipping times are:

  • 10–15 business days after your order has been shipped.
    Please keep in mind that tracking updates may take some time to reflect movements.

Tracking not updating?

This is normal in international dropshipping. Tracking may stay in “in transit” or “label created” for several days.
